Oaks Can Live A Thousand Years
Today's Daily Haiku is a self-reminder to don't wait for too long for the things that need to be said, or done.
The Daily Haiku for March 26. Oaks can live a thousand years.
Don't wait for too long.
Oaks can live a thousand years,
but you and I won't.
Sometimes we know what we want, but we can't just do, say, or act accordingly. There's something paralyzing us, either fear, uncertainty, doubt, love, or hate.
I happen to be in one of these situations, so I decided to write this Daily Haiku to serve as a reminder to myself that oaks can live a thousand years, but we don't. So once our mind is made up, and time for reflection has passed, it's time to act.
