Two Rights Make One Wrong
A Daily Haiku about trying to do the right thing and ending up doing something wrong.
The Daily Haiku for May 4. Two rights make one wrong.
I always try hard.
But I keep on hurting you.
Two rights make one wrong.
Today's Daily Haiku is inspired by the song "2 rights make 1 wrong" by Mogwai.
I think I am not a bad person. I know we all think that, and we may still be bad people. But I really try.
Then, I realize that no matter how hard I try. Sometimes I can't just get things right. When I think I am doing great, I realize I did something wrong, or I did hurt someone, or caused more harm than good by trying to do the right thing.
We are only human after all, so the only thing we can do is to keep on trying. We didn't choose the cards we were given, but we have to try to do the best we can with them.
